Ive got the Model ingame now and working, Had a few issues first few imports, Some faces normals werent pointing outwards, so they were just invisible, i had to add in an extra plane also as i used a flat plane forgeting that blender sees the texture on both sides, and source only on the normal side.
The Physics mesh was totaly wrong first time around, But thats easily fixed by setting the orirgin of the bomb and its physics mesh to their centres so they align correctly ingame.
